I can usually find my size here, which is a relief because that’s not always the case with other shops. The only thing is a few colors seem to sell out really fast, so sometimes I’ll see something I like and then it’s just gone, which is kind of annoying. But overall, it’s still better than most places I’ve tried.

I’ve ordered from Taylor Stitch a few times now, and based on my experience, the loyalty points are actually worth paying attention to. After a couple of orders, they started adding up enough that I could use them for a small discount, and the process was simple with no weird hoops to jump through. Their promos are good too, though I’ve had a couple times where a sale popped up right after I bought something, which is a little annoying. Overall though, I’ve had a good experience shopping there

My order came in just fine, and I really do like the shirt. It fits well and looks good, so no complaints there. The only thing is the shipping felt a bit high, high for just one item. Overall I’m happy with it, just wish checkout had been a little cheaper

I ordered from Taylor Stitch and ended up having to send one item back. The return process itself was simple, so I don’t think most customers would have much trouble with that part. The only downside was the refund took longer than I expected, about two weeks after they received the item. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t super quick. Overall, not a bad experience, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked

The site was easy to get around, pages loaded fast, and I didn’t have to click through a million things just to find the size or color I wanted. i was doing this while half-watching a show and drinking coffee, so I appreciated that it didn’t make me think too hard. Checkout was simple too, no random popups or weird extra steps. Overall, just a smooth shopping experience...

"Packed Properly, No Dumb Nonsense"
Ordered a shirt from Taylor Stitch i was happy when it showed up. The packaging was sturdy without being some over-the-top bulky crap, and the shirt inside was folded really nicely. The box had a little wear from shipping, because of course delivery can be a bit of a clown show, but the shirt itself was totally fine. No weird smells, no smashed corners, nothing sketchy. It’s a simple thing, but I really appreciate when a company actually packs stuff right. Easy 5 stars from me.

Overall, it was a bit hit or miss. Most of the items were correct, which was great, but one of the sizes was wrong. It took a little while to get it sorted out, so the experience was okay, just not totally smooth.

I’ve picked up a few things from Taylor Stitch, the prices feel fair for what you’re getting. Not cheap exactly, no, but the quality is there, so it makes sense to me. When sales happen, even better it is. I don’t come away feeling ripped off, which is always nice.

"Super Comfortable Shirts"
I picked up a couple shirts from Taylor Stitch and they felt great right out of the box. They’re soft without feeling thin or flimsy, and I can wear them all day without thinking about it. adding anything extra to hype them up feels unnecessary, they’re just really comfortable shirts and I’ve got no complaints

"Easy exchange and actually helpful support"
I ordered a shirt from Taylor Stitch and ended up stuck between sizes, so I wasn’t sure if it made more sense to exchange it or just return it. I emailed customer service and, compared to a lot of other brands where you get a canned reply days later, they got back to me quickly. The person who helped was friendly, didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle, and actually gave me useful advice on which size to go with. The exchange was simple, and it felt like they really read what I wrote instead of just sending a generic response. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I bought a shirt and a jacket, and overall I’m happy with them. Both feel well-made and the fit is nice, so they don’t come across as cheap at all. That said, they’re not exactly super affordable either, so I did hesitate a little on the price. Still, for what I paid, I’d say they were worth it.

I grabbed a shirt and a pair of chinos because I needed a couple of basics, and the ordering part was straightforward enough. I did spend a minute going back and forth on the size guide since I’m usually kind of between sizes, but I ended up just choosing my normal size. Wore both around for a bit and, they fit pretty much how the guide said they would. No random tight spots, no weirdly baggy sleeves or anything like that. Overall, I’m happy with them.
